REHABILITATION OF NG'ONGA HEALTH CENTRE Objective: To rehabilitate and re-operationalize the health facility in order to provide health services to about 8,000 community members especially women and children who walk more than 20 kilometers to the nearest health facility for medical care Project activities implemented at the Health Facility:
Rehabilitation of the piped water system to the health facility to ensure uninterrupted supply of water.
Rehabilitation of the toilets and bathrooms inside the facility building.
Rehabilitation of the building itself
Installation of solar powered electricity system in order to supply power for lighting and running the refrigerator for safe keeping of vaccines
Supply of basic medical equipment, furniture and cleaning materials

BOREHOLE (WATER POINTS CONSTRUCTION) Objective: To supply clean and safe water to the community and to reduce distance and time spent by women collecting water for domestic use.
